I'm involved in setting up a social enterprise that will provide resources to organisations who want to cultivate a culture of gratitude. Research shows that when employees are looking for, and reflecting on, things they can be grateful for, this can increase job satisfaction and workplace well-being. For example they can find new appreciation of co-workers, suppliers, and customers.
